Who these sessions are for? Professionals and organizations who support or advise first‑time home buyers, including accountants, lawyers, notaries, realtors, financial advisors, and related associations.
What it will cover:
- Eligibility rules and important restrictions for owner‑built homes and homes purchased from builders.
- How first‑time home buyers apply for the rebate, through the builder or directly with the CRA.
